We strive to make your construction project a pleasurable experience.
The construction process typically takes between 6-12 weeks depending on the size and scale of the project. The typical construction steps are as follows:
After a contract is signed, construction plans will be drafted and a permit in your city ordinance will be pulled.
Your pool will be pray painted out and wood forms will be set showing the shape of your pool. If no last minutes changes are made, we will start digging the hole.
PVC pipes are installed for your suction and returns, gas pipe is installed for your heater, electrical pipes are installed for pool lights, and your pool equipment is set. Rebar will also be installed at this time.
By installing 4500psi shotcrete, this is when you will finally get to see the shape and structure of your new swimming pool.
This is the artistic portion of your project where you are able to choose from a variety of materials and colors to be applied.
We offer a Quartz or PebbleTec pool finish of your choice. Once this process is complete, we start filling your pool.
