I want to thank Starlight Pools for the exceptional work they put into our backyard project. Matt and Brian have a highly skilled team of professionals that put our minds to rest as we watched the daily construction of our backyard project which consisted of a pool/spa, outdoor kitchen and landscape.  Matt and his team helped us find our vision for this project, accommodated all changes, ensured we were part of every process and followed up after each phase to ensure we were completely satisfied.  Although there were only a few issues of concern, they were quick to address and correct any and all to our satisfaction. Starlight Pools is truly a remarkable company with a team that seem to pride themselves on professional workmanship, communication and customer satisfaction. I have neighbors that are amazed at the look and feel of our backyard, and some have since contracted with Starlight Pools. The entire Starlight team do everything they can possibly do to go above and beyond your expectations.  From start to finish - they said what they will do, do what they said and over delivered on the wow factor both in terms of quality, workmanship and customer service.  The owner Matt is a consummate professional.  Brian the project lead is responsive, caring, has a high attention to detail and is a true pleasure to work with.  He was visibly on site throughout our project making sure that everything was perfect every step of the way.  Paula in the office, kept us fully looped in throughout the project - setting our expectations, giving us clear visibility to the project timeline, reminding us when things would be occurring and doing it all with humor and caring.   Our pool is amazing and was delivered sooner than expected which seems unheard of in Las Vegas. Starlight is absolutely the best company to use if you’re considering a pool. Matthew made the design process smooth and enjoyable. He linked us with several landscapers that share their vision on quality and communication. Now on to the team…Paula is an amazing communicator. We never had a doubt when the next phase of pool construction was to occur. Things moved so quickly and the whole process was orchestrated professionally. Brian is AWESOME!  His knowledge and experience in pool planning, construction and operation is amazing. He was always on-site, coordinating activities of the various facets of the build. And I just have to mention Chuy and Octavio. Such amazing craftsmen. Tireless and dedicated; their attention to detail is incredible. They perform their craft as if the pool was their own!

This is the pool company you want to go with because they are fast, attentive, accommodating and will walk you through every step of the way. Brian as the project engineer know his stuff, is hands on, and is always on top of the work quality and schedule. Paula is very personable and efficient, and is now my bff. All this stems from Matthew leading a company where the team will make it a most excellent experience. Their pricing is within the range of the others but you’ll get you pool finished in record time. Our experience with Starlight was first class from start to finish. Initially we met with Michelle (our designer) who patiently listened to our requirements and designed a beautiful pool. We worked with the owner, Matthew who was responsive and answered all our detailed questions while we compared Starlight to various other companies. Once we made the decision to go with Starlight, their foreman Brian was amazing. He ensured that all of our workers were on schedule and precise with their work. His extensive background and knowledge of pool construction and operation helped us to understand the entire process. After the pool was completed and filled, Brian was there to personally make sure that the chemicals were balanced and everything was operating smoothly. My parents have had 2 pools installed by Starlight pools, both extremely positive experiences. Randy and Todd were fantastic. Both pools turned out beautifully. Great communication, very professional, worked well with landscape team. My husband and I are now reaching out for an estimate. Starlight Pools was referred to me by a friend and it's been one of the best referrals ever.  Randy and his team were upfront with me at all times with realistic timelines and met every deadline. Randy offered amazing designs to fit our back yard after talking to us about our needs and wants.  My final product is absolutely amazing.  We couldn't be happier with our pool, the level of service and quality of people Randy and his team provided.  If you are looking for an honest contractor who is always in communication with you and walks you through every step of the process then you found the right contractor to do the job.  Our pool was completed in just under 7 weeks and met all of our needs.
